CS. Jayesh Kulkarni plays a largely supportive role, taking care of important tasks such as general administration, corporate governance and statutory compliance/filing of accounts. He plays crucial role in formation of Company & Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). He is very passionate about the Corporate Law. 100% Sincerity and hard work to give better services to all clients is what forms part of his contribution at RBA. He ensures that the company remains compliant with legislation outlined in Companies Act 2013 at all times. He remains up to date with any changes in compliance and uses his knowledge to ensure his better services.

Mr. Vishal Surani has been entrusted and respected by many for his rightful decision making and caring approach. His friendly approach extends to personalized relations with the Tax authorities at the Tax department. He provides assistance to furnish the income tax returns and to manage all tax assessments and liabilities on behalf of the business unit. He also provides general advice to clients dealing with taxation issues. He critically examines the financial condition of the business to conclude its risk and scopes. He conducts audits as per various laws and statutes to check the compliance part from the end of the entity

She maintains accounting records and prepares accounts and management for the business units. She has knowledge in vast services like simple Bookkeeping to complex financial analysis.
