A strong believer in the organic growth for all employees, he is easily approachable to all in the organization lending a peaceful ear to everyone around. Treating everyone at RBA as family, Mr. Rahul Agarwal is a complete family man. He is an Associate member of the ICAI and also holds the degree of Company Secretary & Law.

At a very young age he has made his mark in the sphere of auditing, taxation and corporate consultancy services. He is an organized and efficient person by nature who loves to take challenges in working with dynamic and fast paced environment supported by his wide experience and knowledge. His experience in the field of taxation and auditing services has helped our clients in accomplishing their corporate goal. CA. Rakhi Agarwal is the Senior Associate member of RBA. She is Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) & Masters in Commerce (M.com) from M.D.S University, Ajmer. She has been a backbone of the firm. She is well known for structuring out of the box strategies due to her strong understanding of auditing and indirect taxation matters. Her knowledge in the field of management has helped our clients in strategizing their business objective in order to reap the opportunity. She is also leading the team in efficient office management & implementation of six-sigma in the firm. She has played a key role in corporate tax planning for various small and medium sized companies.

She is instrumental in driving overall day-to-day firm regulatory matters for the clients. Her experience and knowledge plays key role in directing and controlling overall assignments. She brings with her the strengths of strong analytical acumen, identifying areas for cost control through business process reviews and due diligence.
